The 5-Minute MLB ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect your email address when you sign up. We also collect your preferences (favorite team, favorite players, delivery time, language). We do not currently collect payment information.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service (Cloudflare for hosting and database, Resend for transactional email). Audio briefings are generated locally using macOS text-to-speech and served via Cloudflare R2.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you delete your account, we delete your email and preferences within 30 days. Briefing content is retained in aggregate form for service improvement.
